Grandma and Grandpa Ricks come visit

My Mom and Dad drove down to visit us this week, and we have been having a great time with them.  Reading, taking walks to the park, getting ice cream!

Easter

For Easter Bens family came down, we went to church bright and early, then had a very nice Easter brunch there at the church.  After this, we headed out to Pop's place.  The girls absolutly love going to see Pop.  We had an easter egg hunt which it didnt take too long for the girls to catch on to! 
It was good to spend the day with family!

Zoo for Easter

Ben's family came down to visit for Easter, and one of the things we did was go to the Dallas World Aquarium.  I have always really loved going here.  I have always gone on pretty slow days, where it was mid day on a Tuesday or some sort.  This time it was the Saturday before Easter, and my goodness. It was packed. The experience is so much different when you have the place to yourself vs a huge crowd.  The girls still had a blast. It was a good time.  Here are a few pictures.  It was hard to edit to try to get rid of background strangers, but it mostly worked!

Crib Fun

One afternoon when I went in to get the girls up from their nap, they looked so cute I had to go get the camera.

Here they are.  They love to jump in their cribs and play and laugh with each other.  It is so much fun to watch in the monitor.

Playdate

Since moving back with Ben working so much the girls haven't made too many friends, so it is always fun when my BFF and her kiddos come over.  We had a great time doing crafts and just playing.
