Pops house is always an adventure!  They found an old tricycle and had a great time!

Visiting Friends

We have some friends who live a little over an hour away and when we visit we usually end up staying the whole day.  Here are some funny pictures of the girls while we were there!
They also picked up some dog poop and played with it...Ah the things kids do while at other peoples houses!

They had a hole in the fence and so Emily had to check it out!  There was a big dog on the other side and she loved that (this girl loves animals!)

Firetruck

When we went to the grocery store today there happened to be a firetruck in the parking lot.  The girls wanted to go and see it.
The firefighters inside had them climb in and gave them firebadges!  They thought it was soooo cool.

The "fun" store

We have a store that we like to go to with the girls because it has so many fun things to look at and "try" out.
Today was the first time we have ever tried on any of the hats.  You can see that it was a hit.
Emily liked it a bit more than Ana.

Such a beautiful day

It was cold this morning so when the sun came out and it hit 80 degrees we hurriedly changed our winter outfits into summer outfits and walked to the park!  The girls love walking and running anywhere so this was such a treat for them after all the cold rainy days we have been having!  To bad tomorrow it is supposed to be in the 40's again.  Ah pre-springtime in Texas.

Hide and Seek

One Sunday when we went to Pops house the girls cousins were there, and they were playing hide and seek with the girls.  Since then this has been their favorite game.  The wind blew the pool upside down and they found the perfect spot!

A little pampering

I recently painted my toenails and the girls thought they were so cool and asked to have their toes pink like mine.
So we had a toe painting day!  Since we painted them they make such a big deal out of taking their shoes and socks off.  They get so excited saying "I have pink toes!" "Then they will look at my feet and if I have socks or shoes on they say "your pink toes are hiding!"  Or if I have bare feet they will say "Just like Mommies!!!"
I think it is so cute!

Just an average day at the library

At story time at the library they do fun songs and the have this parachute that they get out and all the kids get to have a part in moving it and going in a circle.  Then we usually go into the "book" part of the library and choose some books for the week
