So we tried the separate crib thing for about 3 nights, and decided it was time to revert back. So we put them together again and slept a blissful night again. I guess we separated them too early. Kind of like we took their pacifiers away to early and ended up giving them back. We have learned the lesson that we will try to do what we feel is right, and the girls will let us know if it is or not!
They are both doing so well.
They don't have any teeth yet although I had a dream last night that Ben woke me up in the morning and told me that Emily had 4 teeth break through during the night lol. darn dreams. I am ok with them not sprouting teeth yet!
They are also not crawling or even hinting at wanting to yet.
They still get tummy time, and have gotten much more content with it. They are still rolling around a bit and they love their jungle gym. It is their favorite place.
We have a lot of fun with their Bumbos in that it seems everytime we put them in their Bumbo's they poop their pants and have a nice blowout due to them sitting on their diaper and it forcing the poo out! It has been fun! We now have them sit with caution! lol.
They are eating really well, and Emily has been trying to figure out how to drink from a cup. She is trying different ways, and some of them have worked, some have not. The latest trick is she sucks in the water like you would slurp the last little bit left over on the top of a soda can, except she sucks it up and then chokes because she has not figured out how to get it in her mouth them stop slurping, so she slurps it down the wrong pipe, and coughs and spurts all the water out again! But she is trying to figure it out so I will keep at it! Ana just lets it all run out when I try to give her water out of a cup, and she cant figure out sippee cups, she thinks it is a spoon and tries to chew on it to get the water out!
They are eating like champs, and now have gotten so they tolerate meat. They eat lots of good stuff now! They had a really hard time with the home made peas, but I don't think I pureed them enough and they were having a hard time with the texture more than the taste.
